Bulk Plant Operations Supervisor (Entry Level)

In this role you will grow your career and be responsible for:
Delivery & Operations Coordination

1. Coordinate daily deliveries and truck scheduling
2. Ensure product is staged, loaded, and dispatched safely and efficiently
3. Communicate with drivers and operations staff to keep deliveries on track
4. Step in operationally as needed to keep the day moving

Inventory Management

1. Monitor oil and fuel inventory levels and product movement
2. Assist with inventory reconciliation, reporting, and loss prevention
3. Ensure accurate documentation of loads, transfers, and receipts

Facility and Equipment Standards

1. Maintain clean, safe, and organized bulk plant facilities
2. Monitor condition and readiness of equipment, tanks, and loading systems
3. Support preventative maintenance and report equipment issues
4. Enforce safety and compliance standards at the facility level

Staffing and Team Support

1. Supervise and support a team of 5-7 drivers and plant personnel
2. Assist with daily staffing and coverage needs
3. Lead by example in safety, reliability, and work ethic
4. Support training of new employees and reinforce procedures

To do this role well you will need to get a CDL & a hazmat (we support you with this.)

Salary : $61,000 - $73,000
