St James House of Baytown is hiring for a full-time MDS Nurse, LVN or RN. The MDS Nurse plans, coordinates, and helps monitor the resident assessment and care-planning processes in the facility. MDS Nurse works with the Director of Nursing to ensure the highest quality of care is provided in a cost effective manner to the residents. Must hold valid nursing license.
