Administrative Sales Assistant
The Sales Assistant supports the sales team in meeting and exceeding sales targets by providing excellent customer service, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction:
- Greet and assist customers in the store or via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide information about products, services, and promotions.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
- Sales Support:
- Assist the sales team with scheduling, lead generation, and follow-ups.
- Prepare quotes, invoices, and sales contracts.
- Update and maintain customer records in the CRM system.
- Order Processing:
- Process customer orders and payments accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure timely delivery and follow-up on order statuses.
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, or delivery teams to ensure smooth transactions.
- Inventory Management:
- Monitor stock levels and communicate with management about reorders.
- Help maintain the organization and cleanliness of the sales floor or storage areas.
- Administrative Duties:
- Organize and maintain sales documents, reports, and presentations.
- Assist in preparing and delivering sales reports and forecasts.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate sales team calendars.
Key Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (required); Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred).
- Experience: Prior experience in retail, customer service, or sales support is beneficial.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Detail-oriented and good organizational skills.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and within a team.
- Language:
- Bilingual Chinese is prefered
