- Skilled in positive behavior intervention
- 18 years of age or older, required.
- Training and experience related to child development, child guidance, cultural dynamics, communication, and activities is desired.
- Effective communication skills, good interpersonal skills with adults and children.
- Help to establish a physical environment that encourages all children to assume responsibility for developing their social, physical and intellectual skills.
- Participate in the development and implementation of creative and research based procedures for enabling special needs children to thrive at Kids Connection.
- First Aid and CPR Certification, preferred.
- Ability to assist with personal care and hygiene needs as required to support children's health, safety and comfort.
