Job Description
- Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines for priority and evergreen positions.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners to develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies.
- Identify, engage, and attract qualified candidates through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
- Serve as a trusted resource for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring leaders to understand and address talent needs.
- Utilize innovative sourcing methods, including networking, referrals, social media, events, and online recruiting tools.
- Develop and execute campus recruiting strategies for assigned schools.
- Represent the organization at career fairs, information sessions, and recruiting events.
- Deliver presentations to students, faculty, and community groups to promote career opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, faculty, and school administrators.
- Accurately track candidate activity and pipeline data within ATS and CRM systems.
- Leverage recruiting technologies, including Paycom, LinkedIn Recruiter, Handshake, Indeed, and CareerBuilder, to source and manage talent.
- Monitor sourcing results and continuously improve recruitment strategies and outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, HRIS.
- Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills, and ability to maintain confidential information.
- Detail Oriented
- Strong relationship building skills
- Familiar with general operations of Human Resources including legal, Federal, and state laws & regulations.
- Computer literate in an email application, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Windows Operating System.
- Two years of experience in talent acquisition or sourcing directed role.
- Must have the ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a diverse and multi-cultural environment.
