Remote – United States | Full-time | $110,000–$130,000 base salary | Up to 25% travel

Hidden Talent, a Louisville-based recruiting firm, is recruiting on behalf of Oasis Solutions for this direct-hire position. The selected candidate will become a full-time employee of Oasis Solutions.

Oasis Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior NetSuite Consultant to lead functional implementation work, configure practical ERP solutions, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients.

This position is ideal for a hands-on NetSuite professional who can independently own major functional workstreams, guide clients from discovery through go-live, manage multiple priorities, and support junior consultants. Direct NetSuite implementation experience is required.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support full-cycle NetSuite ERP implementations from discovery and process mapping through configuration, testing, training, cutover, go-live, and post-launch stabilization.
• Own major functional workstreams and core business-process areas during client implementations.
• Gather business requirements, analyze current processes, and translate client needs into scalable functional designs.
• Configure native NetSuite functionality, including workflows, saved searches, dashboards, reports, forms, roles, permissions, and custom fields.
• Provide functional guidance across order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, record-to-report, financial management, inventory, manufacturing, and distribution processes.
• Facilitate client workshops, project meetings, user acceptance testing, end-user training, and knowledge-transfer sessions
• Support data cleansing, migration, validation, reconciliation, and cutover-readiness activities.

Required Qualifications

• Direct, hands-on experience implementing and configuring NetSuite ERP.
• Approximately 3–5 or more full-cycle NetSuite implementations, with meaningful ownership from discovery through go-live.
• Experience serving as a functional lead or independently owning one or more major NetSuite workstreams.

Strong functional knowledge of core NetSuite financial and operational processes, including:

• General ledger
• Accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Order-to-cash
• Procure-to-pay
• Record-to-report
• Inventory management
• Hands-on experience configuring workflows, saved searches, dashboards, reports, forms, roles, permissions, or custom fields.
• Experience gathering requirements, mapping business processes, preparing functional designs, leading testing, and delivering client training.
• Strong client-facing communication, facilitation, organization, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects, workstreams, or client priorities concurrently.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote consulting environment.
• Ability to travel up to 25%, primarily within Eastern and Central U.S. time zones, including flights and overnight stays.
• Authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.

Preferred Experience

• NetSuite implementation experience with manufacturing or wholesale-distribution clients.
• Experience with inventory management, multiple locations, purchasing, fulfillment, work orders, assemblies, bills of materials, WIP and routing, or demand planning.
• Experience with NetSuite OneWorld or multi-subsidiary environments.
• Managed-services or post-go-live client-support experience.
• Experience working within billable-hour or utilization expectations.
• Experience mentoring junior consultants or reviewing another consultant’s work.
• Experience developing statements of work, project estimates, solution demonstrations, or change requests.
• NetSuite certifications.
• Previous experience with a NetSuite partner, ERP consulting firm, or professional-services organization.

Compensation and Benefits

Oasis Solutions offers a base salary of $110,000–$130,000, based on relevant NetSuite experience, implementation leadership, and functional expertise.

Work Location and Travel

This is a fully remote position. Candidates located in Eastern or Central time zones are preferred due to a large volume of clients in those regions.

Travel may be required up to 25% and can include flights, overnight stays, and onsite client meetings.
