Hidden Talent, a Louisville-based recruiting firm, is partnering with TRIO Commercial Property Group to find an experienced commercial property manager who is ready for their next big opportunity.

TRIO is a growing commercial real estate firm with a close-knit, energetic team that genuinely enjoys working together. This is an opportunity to join a fun, entrepreneurial environment, work closely with TRIO’s Principal, and grow into greater leadership responsibility over time.

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of a diverse commercial property portfolio.
• Build strong relationships with property owners, tenants, vendors, and partners.
• Manage budgets, reporting, maintenance, capital projects, and vendor performance.
• Visit properties and respond to tenant, client, and operational needs.
• Help improve processes, systems, and portfolio performance.
• Learn directly from TRIO’s Principal and gradually assume greater leadership responsibility.
• Contribute to the continued growth of TRIO’s property management business.

• Meaningful commercial property management experience.
• Knowledge of property operations, budgeting, financial reporting, tenant relations, and vendor management.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• The confidence to work independently and the humility to keep learning.
• A hands-on, team-oriented approach.
• Louisville-area availability for property visits, meetings, and team collaboration.
• A Kentucky real estate license or willingness to obtain one.

You do not need to have already held a Director title. TRIO is looking for someone with strong commercial property management fundamentals, leadership potential, and the desire to grow alongside the company.

This is an ongoing 1099 independent contractor opportunity with anticipated annual contract compensation of $100,000–$120,000, based on experience.

TRIO provides a company-issued MacBook, access to its systems and resources, and approved Kentucky licensing costs.
