Position Title
Program Director of Outpatient and School Based Mental Health Services
Compensation (Pay/Benefits) Our employees are our most valuable asset; therefore, we offer competitive pay and benefits. The pay range for these positions starts at $74,900 - $107,700 a year for full time, depending on qualifications (i.e., licensure and experience). This salary reflects a 40-hour workweek, annualized. Any agreed-upon reduction in weekly hours will be reflected in salary commensurately. Please inquire with interest. This position is benefits eligible, including health and dental insurance, health savings account with an employer contribution, flexible spending accounts, and retirement account with matching contribution. Additionally, we offer generous PTO, paid holiday schedule, childcare discount, and eligibility for loan forgiveness!

Program Summary
Our Short-Term Parent Services and Outpatient Mental Health Program provides mental health services to very young children and their families (prenatal through age 6) at our Minnetonka and Minneapolis Locations. Our School Based Mental Health Program embeds therapists in Elementary Schools and Early Childhood Centers in the Osseo and Hopkins School Districts.
Position Overview
The Director of Outpatient and School Based Mental Health Services for St. David's is responsible for leadership and oversight of Short-term Parent Support, Outpatient Mental Health and School Based Mental Health services for St. David's clinic locations and partner school sites in the Osseo and Hopkins District. This position reports directly to the Chief Clinical Officer. Director will be accountable for the program and financial results of the portfolio of services as well as serving as the agency leader responsible for the success of the immediate short-term support services, long term outpatient mental health and school based mental health services. All leadership decisions will be implemented in a way that is consistent with the agency mission, vision and values.

Education
Masters degree social work, psychology or marriage and family therapy. Licensed as mental health professional (LMFT, LICSW or LP credentialed)

Experience
- 10 years of successful mental health leadership experience which includes provision of clinical supervision, leadership of teams, program development, and oversight of clinic or community-based programs.
- Must have at least five years of experience in providing infant and early childhood dyadic mental health therapy. Child Parent Psychotherapy training is preferred.
