Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable Transportation - Vehicle preferred but not required
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a homemaker setting
- Certification as a nursing assistant or home health aide is a plus
- Fluent in English and Spanish is preferred
Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and record daily tasks
- Reminder to take medications and treatments as directed by healthcare professionals
- Assist with mobility and transfer of patients
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
- Cooking
- Light house keeping
- Accompany to Medical Appointments and other locations
