The Manager, System Imaging Business Operations provides leadership for the business functions that enable CentraCare’s imaging services to thrive as an integrated, high-performing service line. This role is responsible for financial management, revenue growth, cost optimization, workforce planning, vendor and contract oversight, and business process improvement to ensure high-quality, cost-effective, and patient-centered diagnostic services.
Working in close partnership with the Senior Director of Imaging System, Regional Directors, and Imaging Managers, the incumbent drives budgeting, forecasting, labor management, supportive services, and business analytics to support decision-making and operational excellence.
The Manager collaborates with supply chain, finance, revenue cycle, human resources, information systems, physicians, and external partners to align business operations with system goals, regulatory requirements, and best practices. By applying high reliability methods, continuous improvement principles, and strong communication, the Manager ensures that imaging business operations support patient safety, staff engagement, fiscal responsibility, and sustainable growth.
Schedule:
- Full-time | 80 hours every two weeks
- Day Shift | Monday - Friday | 7:30 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Pay and Benefits:

Pay starting at $87,208.98 per year; exact wage determined by years of related experience
- Pay range: $87,208.98- $130,890.14 per year

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in a clinical radiology patient care or healthcare, with 2 years of management/leadership experience preferred
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) OR Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) OR Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) preferred
- Experience in multi-site/system-level imaging operations preferred
- Continuous quality improvement and competency-based assessment training preferred
- Experience with large-scale system integration, financial modeling, and vendor contract negotiation preferred
