Manages the operations and activities of general radiology services. Provides accountability to the Radiology Leader for operating and capital budget performance and fiscal responsibilities. Education Qualifications
Educational Requirements:
- Graduate of/or actively seeking a degree from an accredited college or university with a bachelor’s degree (radiologic technology, an allied health/science area, or in a healthcare/business management) and two years of healthcare leadership experience
- Minimum of 5 years of full-time experience in supervising/managing radiology clinical operations including proven experience and success with implementing significant organizational change, setting performance measurements, establishing budget plans and monitoring process, strategic planning, program development and implementation and process improvement techniques
