We are seeking a dedicated and experienced full time evening Registered Nurse Supervisor to oversee nursing operations within our campus. Responsibilities
- Provide direct supervision and leadership to nursing staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Manage daily nursing operations, ensuring seamless coordination of patient care services.
- Oversee the implementation of care plans, ensuring they meet regulatory standards and individual resident needs.
- Serve as a charge nurse when necessary, taking responsibility for clinical decision-making and problem-solving during shifts.
- Monitor staff performance, conduct evaluations, and facilitate ongoing training to promote professional development.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, safety protocols, and facility policies.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive resident care.
- Address resident concerns promptly and effectively, maintaining high levels of resident satisfaction.
Skills
- Proven nurse management experience within a healthcare setting.
- Long-term care and or assisted living experience, understanding the unique needs of residents in such environments.
- Charge nurse experience demonstrating leadership during shifts and handling complex clinical situations.
- Strong nursing leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide staff members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members, residents, and families.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, safety standards, and quality assurance practices.
- Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
