Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct anesthesia care for surgical, procedural, and obstetric cases
- Lead clinical operations, staffing, and scheduling for anesthesia services
- Supervise CRNAs and anesthesiologists within a physician-led model
- Ensure compliance with CMS, Joint Commission, and ASA standards
- Lead QI, patient safety, and OR performance initiatives
- Guide development of expanding surgical and anesthesia service lines
- Participate in medical staff leadership and hospital committees
- MD or DO with Board Certification in Anesthesiology (Required)
- Minimum of 7 years post-residency experience (Required)
- Kentucky medical license or eligibility
- Demonstrated experience in clinical leadership or departmental oversight
