Summary
Assists radiologist and/or surgeon in performing interventional procedures using radiography, fluoroscopy, CT and/or ultrasound guidance.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of radiology.
- Registration by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Three years of experience in CT, diagnostic radiology, or cardiac cath lab.
Preferred Qualifications
- Registration by ARRT in Vascular-Interventional Radiography R.T. (VI) (ARRT).
- One year of Interventional Radiology experience.
