Responsibilities
- Manage tenant relations to ensure satisfaction and prompt issue resolution
- Administer lease agreements and maintain accurate lease documentation
- Maintain physical appearance and operational function of the property to company standards
- Coordinate property maintenance and vendor services effectively
- Oversee rent collection processes and follow up on delinquencies
- Support property inspections and compliance monitoring
- Monitor regulatory compliance and assist in reporting
- Collaborate with a medium team to achieve property management goals
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in property management
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
- Proficient in using property management software, specifically Yardi
