We need a licensed (MO) property manager to join our team as we aim to hit 500 doors in our first year.

Role Description

This is a full-time role. Our office is in Eureka, MO and we have some in person meetings, though are open to a hybrid work location. Travel to property visits, inspections, showings, etc. required. The Property Manager will oversee the daily operations of residential and/or commercial properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction, managing property maintenance, coordinating financial reporting, and enforcing lease agreements. Additional responsibilities include marketing and leasing activities, budget management, and compliance with property laws and regulations. We have a dedicated leasing agent who solely focuses on tenant placement. We also have a business operations team who manages all financial functions. We NEED someone eager, driven, organized and reliable. We are willing to train if you are licensed and looking to start a career in real estate working as a property manager.

Proposition

- You will receive a percentage on all doors managed monthly

- A percentage of the first month's rent for new tenant placement

- Percentages on all vendor coordination services in your assigned portfolio through us

- Retention and portfolio growth bonuses along with pay for Google reviews

- Commission through our brokerage for any buy/sell deals for new and existing investors

- Uncapped earnings as you build out your management portfolio through us
