JOB This role assists visitors in the office, answers phones, answers questions and educates taxpayers on the process of appealing and exemptions available along with he qualifications for them. EXAMPLE OF DUTIES 1. Greeting and assisting customers and patrons upon entering the office.
2. Assisting taxpayers in the process of appealing and with paperwork needed for exemptions.
3. Directing people to the correct department.
4. Answering telephones, responding to visitors, direct them or assist them with the functions of our office, appeals, exemptions, etc
5. Must be able to handle difficult people.
6. Time management

9. Organizational skills. Filing neatly and orderly.
10. Putting things in numeric order.
11. Use of Microsoft office.
