Duties
- Assist lead teachers in developing and executing lesson plans that promote literacy, math skills, social-emotional growth, and overall childhood development
- Support classroom management by maintaining a safe, organized, and stimulating environment for children
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities that foster curiosity, creativity, and learning through play
- Collaborate with staff to develop curriculum materials aligned with St. Catherines early childhood education philosophies
- Communicate effectively
