St. Catherine Hospital, Dodge City, is a Joint Commission accredited 99-bed hospital that serves as a regional referral center for southwest Kansas. Acute care is at the heart of what we do. St. Catherine Hospital, Dodge City provides health services that include diagnostics and interventional cardiology and cardiac rehabilitation. Pay Range
$28.10 - $41.80 /hour

- Performs cytogenetic testing with a high level of competency according to established protocols.
- Generates and reports results which are used for making accurate diagnoses and prognoses, which influences patient care and management.
- Responsible for accurate and timely result reporting, including communication and documentation of critical results.
- Utilizes critical thinking skills and exercises independent judgment to correlate and interpret data.
- Responsible for operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of instruments and appropriate documentation of activities.
- Completes required QC and maintenance, consistently recognizing variances and documenting appropriate corrective action.

Job Requirements
Required
- Bachelor's Degree in a biological or chemical science as defined by CLIA.
- Must be appropriately trained in clinical laboratory science as evaluated by the Director of the Clinical Laboratory
- Physical, Exertion, and Sensory - Medium

- MLS (ASCP) or equivalent (Per requirement sheet)
