As a Private Duty Caregiver, you will provide one-on-one, non-medical support to clients in their homes. Responsibilities include assisting with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting), mobility support, meal preparation, light housekeeping, shopping, and companionship. You will also help with exercises and other daily tasks as directed by the supervisor. This role requires a compassionate, dependable individual who values dignity and independence for every client.

Qualifications
- CNA license (Wisconsin) preferred but not required
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- If under 18, must be enrolled in a Youth Apprentice and diploma/GED program
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to perform physical tasks safely and effectively
- Must be able to travel to client homes, including those not on public transit routes
- Reliable transportation required; valid driver’s license and current insurance if driving
- Must maintain confidentiality and uphold professional standards
- Youth Apprentices under 18 will serve on-campus clients only
