Position Overview
The Revenue Cycle Manager is responsible for supervising the daily operations of all billing areas for the campus, including being a resource for any billing questions, assisting with changes to electronic billing setup, and month-end review of AR balances and other month-end reporting. Supervise select billing staff. For HC and AL, enters resident charges into the computerized billing system; analyzes resident accounts for accuracy, initiates credits to accounts as appropriate. Assist in establishing and maintaining benefits with the families for Wisconsin Medical Assistance, Medicare and Insurance Companies.

Qualifications & Job Standards
- Minimum five years of experience in a business office environment, preferably in a post-acute healthcare environment.
- Hands-on experience with a computerized billing system.
- Ability to interact tactfully with residents and/or their financial responsible parties.
- Leadership experience and strong communication skills
- Accuracy in recording changes/credits to the resident's account.
- Ability to solve problems and make sound judgments/decisions based on facts available. Use initiative appropriately.
- Ability to maintain and safeguard entrusted confidential information.
