RN Clinical Coordinator

Job Description:

This position assumes responsibility for the coordination and delivery of nursing care and implements the policies and procedures of the facility and the nursing department on weekends. This position supervises the staff of the assigned unit. In addition, manages all nursing activities for residents on the assigned unit. This 24-hour management will be in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern the facility and as directed by the Director of Nursing or designee. The highest degree of quality care is to be maintained at all times.

Minimum Qualification:

• A graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred).
• Possess an active licensure as a Registered Professional Nurse. 
• Three (3) to five (5) years-related experience working in a healthcare facility. 
• Two (2) years of supervisory experience. 
• Strong verbal, written, computer and leadership skills required.
