What are the responsibilities and job description for the Second Cook position at St. Barnabas?
The 2nd Cook is responsible for assisting the Head/1st Cook in preparing of all meals and ensuring the kitchen, dining and living areas are clean and sanitary at all times.
Qualifications:
Candidates must have a High School Diploma. They must have the abilty to speak, read and write English. Candidates must have five (5) years experience in an institutional food preparation.
