What are the responsibilities and job description for the Patient Access Representative position at St. Barnabas?
The Patient Access Representative will obtain accurate and complete patient data during the registration process while presenting a professional image to patients, visitors and hospital staff. He/she will inform patients of hospital policies regarding admission process and process registration in EPIC & HBOC systems.
Qualifications:
Candidates must have:
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- 1 year experience as Admitting Representative
- PC Proficiency
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Bi-lingual Spanish/English required
