Summary

We are seeking an Assistant Accounting Manager to join our finance team at St. Barnabas Health System. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising various accounting functions and processes, ensuring accurate and timely accounting tasks while supporting our mission to provide exceptional care to our community.

Skills/Background Needed:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting
• At least 5-7 years related AP/GL experience
• Strong cash management exposure
• Experience in multi-entity environments
• Experience in Healthcare Industry
• Experience with Sage Intacct
• Strong Excel skills
• Prior supervisory experience

Detail oriented and highly organized

Strong written and verbal communication skills, time management and problem-solving skills

Teamwork

In-office role 5 days per week

Office hours are 8:30AM-5PM

Located in Valencia area.
