- Multi-task and be able to cover all position in the Front of House (FOH)
- Be able to assist the food and beverage team
- Responsible for training junior food and beverage food service members to maintain high level of hospitality for our residents
- Assist in staff scheduling
- Master the POS system, being able to run end of day reports and close out the Jonas system for the day
- Be sure the server prep and back work is completed to standard consistently
- Be a leader and help develop future team members
Job Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a server.
- Prior management experience preferred.
- Great knowledge when it comes to points of service and hospitality.
