St. Anthony Park Home is looking for an experienced RN Manager to take ownership of an assigned floor and lead day-to-day nursing operations. This role reports directly to the Director of Nursing and is ideal for an RN who enjoys leading a team, staying close to the floor, and ensuring residents receive excellent care.

- Own daily clinical operations on your assigned floor
- Lead, support, and guide nursing staff
- Ensure care plans, documentation, and compliance are followed
- Work closely with the DON and interdisciplinary team
- Active RN license
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience
- Leadership or charge nurse experience preferred
