Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on care in accordance with state and facility guidelines
- Assist residents with daily activities and personal hygiene
- Monitor vital signs, food and fluid intake, and report changes to nursing staff
- Support residents and families with kindness and professionalism
- Active Minnesota CNA certification
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to remain professional in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills
