Social Workerer

We are seeking to hire a Social Worker.
- $25 to $27 hourly based on skills and experience.
- Monday-Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm.
Social Worker Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Bachelor of Arts program in psychology or sociology.
- Minimum of 3 years of Long-Term Care experience. Preferably in PA.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in the PA social services field.
- Awareness and knowledge of social service resources in the community.
- Criminal background check current within one year.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Social Worker Job Summary:
- Support the Director of Social Services and interdisciplinary teams.
- Help residents and families navigate psychological needs and coordinating services.
- Manage documentation, assessments, care planning, and communication.
