Registered Nurse - RN Supervisor

We are seeking to hire an RN Supervisor – Registered Nurse - Full-Time.
- $5,000 Sign-On Bonus*
- Schedules Available: 3 x 12-hour Day Shifts or 3 x 12-hour Night Shift.
- Must be willing to work the cart on a floor.
- $38.76 - $42.84 per hour based on experience.
RN Supervisor – Registered Nurse Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse program.
- PA RN – Registered Nurse license.
- IV Therapy Certification required.
- One year of nursing supervision experience required.
- Geriatrics experience preferred.
- CPR Certification preferred.
- Criminal background check required.
RN Supervisor – Registered Nurse Job Summary:
- Supervise daily rounds, reporting problems to management and initiating corrective action immediately.
- Observe residents under treatment to identify progress, side-effects of medications etc.
- Monitor residents’ condition including fluid intake and output and compose patient charts.
- Provide emotional and psychological support when needed.
- Communicate with residents’ family or friends to provide advice, comfort and release instructions.
