We are seeking to hire a Physical Therapist - Perdiem
Salary: $55.00 hour
Physical Therapist OT Qualifications:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited College or University.
- Licensed and in good standing by the State of Pennsylvania and current registration.
- Should be a member of the American Physical Therapy Association.
- One year of experience in Long Term Care is preferred.
Physical Therapist PT Job Summary:
- Perform evaluations, designs treatment plans, and administers Physical Therapy as prescribed by a physician.
- Supervise professional and non-professional Physical Therapy staff in delivery of Physical Therapy services.
- Assign case load and other related tasks to Physical Therapy staff consistent with their education and experience.
- Coordinate Physical Therapy with other appropriate services for assigned residents.
- Complete required documentation for resident’s medical records.
- Schedule daily treatments.
