Position Summary:
St. Andrew's School seeks a social media & content manager to tell the story of daily life here. This is a role for someone who works with a camera in hand, who knows what makes people stop scrolling, and who wants a campus full of material and the freedom to go find it.
You'll own the school's social channels—including our athletics accounts—and build the visual record of a year at St. Andrew's: Chapel, the pond, the fields, the studios, the dorms, and the ordinary moments in between. Your work will lead on social and carry into the website, the magazine, and admissions and advancement.
This is a small, strategic office. You'll work directly with the chief communications officer (CCO) and alongside colleagues who own storytelling and the magazine, and the website and email. Some of your work will be assigned. Most of it won't. This role also sits close to students, and we're looking for someone families and colleagues will trust with that access.
This is not a studio or film production role. Large-scale video is produced with outside partners. It is not a graphic design position, though design instincts help. And it is not a desk job—you'll be out on campus most days, including evenings and weekends, because that's when the best material happens.
