What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance position at St. Andrews Retirement Community?
This position will be working under the direction of the Maintenance Director and complete daily assigned tasks. The community includes 75 condos, and 72 McCready Manor assisted living apartments.
Landscape duties include:
Parking lot maintenance (clear of debris).
Trim bushes and hedges.
Pick up leaves.
Condo duties include:
Cleaning gutters.
Pressure washing of decks and drives.
Planning landscape for vacant condos with Administrator.
Responding to service requests.
McCready Manor duties:
Completing assigned service calls.
Emphasizing efficient use of time and resources
Maintaining supplies and equipment.
Rotating on-call schedule.
