Position Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced, compassionate and reliable Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team in a long-term care setting. This role is ideal for nurses who are committed to providing quality care and making a difference in the lives of our residents. We are offering Full Time hours 12 hour shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct nursing care to residents in accordance with individual care plans and physician orders.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor resident health and report changes in condition to the supervising RN or provider.
- Document all care provided in accordance with facility policy and regulatory requirements.
- Assist residents with daily living activities (ADLs), ensuring dignity and respect.
- Promote a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents and staff.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, families, and other caregivers to provide holistic care.
- Support infection prevention and safety protocols.
Requirements:
- Current and valid RN license in the state of Florida.
- CPR/BLS certification (must be current).
- Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing required.
- Experience in EHR/EMR systems: PCC, EcoLabs and Trident.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented.
