St. Ambrose University is seeking a Student Employment Manager in Academic and Career Planning. Successful candidate will manage a robust temporary employment and work-study program for the University coordinating with Financial Aid, General Accounting and Human Resources. Responsible for budget and database management. Maintains communication with departmental supervisors across the university. Bachelor's degree or 4 years of experience in related area. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Gmail. Outstanding customer service, ability to handle confidential material, attention to detail, and communication skills required. Direct experience with work-study procedures, Ellucian, or Handshake preferred. Experience serving diverse client populations required, experience working with college students preferred. This is a full-time, 12-month position. Position will remain open until filled.
