We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Project Superintendent for a direct hire opportunity with a leading CM/GC (Construction Manager/General Contractor). This is an excellent chance to join a growing team delivering high-quality commercial construction projects across various regions. Candidates must be willing and able to travel as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily on-site operations to ensure work is completed according to design, schedule, and budget.
Supervise and coordinate all subcontractor activities and ensure timelines are met.
Serve as the on-site liaison between project management, subcontractors, clients, architects, and engineers.
Enforce safety compliance, quality control standards, and company policies.
Lead site meetings and maintain detailed documentation.
Manage project close-out processes efficiently and professionally.
Ensure all personnel and contractors follow required safety and operational procedures.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of progressive field construction management experience (commercial construction preferred).
OSHA 30 certification required.
Strong knowledge of all aspects of commercial construction.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Proven ability to lead teams and meet critical project deadlines.
Experience with construction management software and scheduling tools.
