WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Salads/Prep team member, you’ll be the master of fresh, assembling salads that pop with flavor. You’ll:

• Build salads to spec, ensuring every order is crisp, accurate, and gorgeous.
• Keep coolers stocked with fresh lettuce, toppings, and dressings, rotating stock like a pro.
• Own food safety and sanitation, keeping your station spotless and safe.
• Greet guests with a smile, taking orders and creating a vibe that sparks repeat visits.
• Crush prep and closing checklists to keep the station ready for action.
• Stay on top of product quality, fixing any issues to ensure every salad is perfect.
• Jump into other tasks as needed, bringing your energy to every corner of the pick-up area.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Get ready to move! You’ll be standing, reaching, stooping, kneeling, and walking in a lively pick-up area. Occasionally, you’ll lift up to 50 pounds, so bring your energy. Sharp vision (close-up, color, and focus) is key to nailing every detail.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Our pick-up area is a high-energy hub where the action never stops. Expect a quick-paced, close-knit workspace with frequent heat from ovens and occasional chills from coolers. The noise level stays low, letting you focus on the food and the fun.
