Job Description:
SSP Cleaning LLC is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Cleaning Technician to join our growing team. This position will begin with commercial cleaning and expand into residential cleaning as you gain experience and confidence.

Pay & Schedule:
- Training Pay: $20/hour (first 2 weeks)
- Regular Pay: $25/hour after training
- Hours: 10–15 hours per week
- Additional Hours: Available during summer months
- Schedule:

- Required (non-negotiable): Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday mornings
- Flexible hours may be available outside of these times

Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed commercial cleaning (initial role)
- Transition into residential cleaning services over time
- Follow cleaning checklists and company standards
- Work independently after training
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and professionalism on job sites
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High level of trustworthiness and reliability
- Strong attention to detail
- Self-starter with initiative
- Ability to work independently after training
- Reliable transportation
- Prior cleaning experience is a plus, but not required
