The Office Assistant helps with office work such as scheduling clients, maximizing the productivity of the cleaning teams, and ensuring good communication with coworkers and clients.
We are hiring for a permanent position.
Johnsons Cleaning Service Inc. is a small family-operated cleaning company with commercial clients only.
Our goal is to provide our customers with a better workplace. We do so by providing a clean environment and excellent customer service.
Your day will be fast-paced containing talking to our cleaners. You will be answering questions about their cleans and their schedules. Most of your day you will call, answer or return customer calls and find solutions for something unexpected that comes up. You will help management with hiring
This is a key role in our company. We are looking for a friendly and reliable person who enjoys being in contact.
You need to be physically present at our office in Daytona Beach. This position is about 20 hours per week.

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Manage phone communications using multi-line systems, ensuring professional phone etiquette.
- Perform data entry and maintain organized filing systems to support office operations.
- Assist with calendar management and scheduling to optimize time management.
- Support administrative tasks, including proofreading documents and using Microsoft Office effectively.
- Support with hiring and onboarding activities
- Collaborate with team members to enhance office efficiency and workflow.

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
