We are currently expanding our team of talented Evidence Analysts who support applicants in gathering and validating the documentation required for certificate issuance. This role requires strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a commitment to accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and process new and existing customer orders across all supported certificate types.
- Research and verify evidence from public sources related to Legal Entities, their legal representatives, and registered/government/common trademarks.
- Prepare orders for callback and perform callbacks as required to verify their authenticity.
- Collaborate with customers to obtain required documentation and coordinate callback scheduling.
- Provide timely, professional support throughout the end-to-end validation process.
