Job Title: UX Content Designer

Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (On-site)

Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to lead content creation and drive effective digital solutions that enhance user experience within a collaborative design environment. Our team values expertise in UX writing and content strategy to support innovation and maintain high standards across regulated financial platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead content creation and act as subject matter expert within product design.
• Partner with designers and product owners on UX writing for established and new products.
• Conduct user research, analyze findings, and present content decisions to management and legal teams.
• Collaborate with writers to maintain consistent guidelines, language, and support design processes.
  
  

Required

• 2–4 years of UX writing or UX content design experience.
• Copywriting and editing expertise, including digital content delivery.
• Experience with Figma and/or Mural and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Demonstrated background working within regulated environments such as finance, legal, or compliance.
