Job Title: User Experience Designer

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver digital experiences at enterprise scale across desktop, mobile, and app platforms, continuously enhancing usability and effectiveness.
• Conceptualize, iterate, and produce user-centered interfaces through wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups; validate solutions via usability testing.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate ideas into clear design specifications for development and execution.
• Champion strategic user experience decisions based on business objectives, user insights, and continuous feedback to ensure cohesive and accessible solutions.
  
  

Required

• 1-5 years experience in a user experience designer role with a strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI work across digital products and platforms.
• Proven background in user experience, customer experience, user interface, visual design, and creative problem-solving for digital environments.
• Expertise in wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, user research, and proficiency with Figma.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end user experience across web, mobile app, and multi-channel environments, including digital accessibility principles.
