Job Title: Training and Development Associate

Location: Thousand Oaks, California (Hybrid)

Job Summary: We are supporting an opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to help coordinate training events, manage learning operations, and keep critical processes running smoothly. Our team is looking for someone who can balance communication, organization, and follow-through while supporting both virtual and in-person training activities.

Responsibilities

• Support training events across multiple business units, including logistical coordination and onsite assistance during live sessions.
• Manage participant rosters, class communications, surveys, and archiving of training records.
• Run and distribute reports from systems such as LMS, Tableau, and Zoho, and help maintain learning tools and related resources.
• Coordinate calendars, meeting spaces, badge access, catering, shipping, inbox monitoring, and other day-to-day operational tasks.
  
  

Required

• Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of experience, or an Associate’s degree and 4 years of experience, or a high school diploma/GED and 6 years of experience, or a Master’s degree.
• Experience in Learning and Development, Event Management, Business, Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology Industry, or Admin Support is required.
• Proven ability to coordinate small to large training events and manage competing demands and priorities is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, customer service skills, time management, organization, prioritization, problem-solving, and attention to detail are required.
• Strong computer and database skills with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams are required.
• Ability to work onsite as needed in Thousand Oaks, willingness to be flexible, and ability to lift 25 lbs are required.
