Systems Analyst III

Job Title: Systems Analyst III – Operational Technology (OT) / SCADA

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma (On-Site)

Work Summary

• Support Williams’ Operational Technology environment by integrating field/operational data into enterprise systems used by Operations teams.
• Work across the PI and Operations teams, combining software development, automation, data, and production support.
• Partner closely with an experienced team member retiring in January 2027 to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
• 6-month contract with potential extension; Monday–Thursday onsite in Tulsa, OK, Friday remote.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Develop and support solutions using Python, SQL, C#, automation, and enterprise OT data systems.
• Work with SCADA/PI and operational data to support field and business requirements.
• Collaborate with Operations, I&E, Automation/Controls, and IT teams to improve processes and workflows.
• Use AI and automation to develop new solutions and solve technical/business challenges.
  
  

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Python and SQL/database technologies.
• Experience with automation, programming, software development, or operational technology.
• Ability to understand operational/field environments and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SCADA, PI, or other OT/industrial data systems.
• Background in I&E, Automation/Controls, Oil & Gas, or similar industrial operations.
• Hands-on experience using AI to build solutions, automate processes, or improve workflows.
• C# experience and knowledge of commissioning, planning, or field operations.
