Job Title: Site Associate

Location: Merritt Island, Florida (On-Site)

Job Summary: We are supporting a hands-on opportunity for a dependable professional who thrives in a fast-paced fulfillment environment. Our team is looking to connect qualified candidates with a position focused on inventory handling, receiving, quality checks, and safe equipment operation.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, and process shipments according to standard operating procedures.
• Support inventory activities including counting, receiving, packing, sorting, staging, labeling, and storage assignment.
• Operate material handling equipment such as electronic pallet jacks, forklifts, reach-trucks, and turret-trucks as needed.
• Document receipts, complete data entry in inventory tools, and escalate roadblocks while supporting root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
  
  

Required

• 2 years of fulfillment center operations experience, including experience with receiving and inventory functions.
• Experience with inventory counting, receiving, packing, put-away, picking/kitting, or shipping.
• Ability to derive inventory requirements from Bills of Material.
• Previous certified forklift experience and the ability to operate heavy equipment safely.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in sunlight, including in tight spaces.
• Flexibility to work other shifts and English language skills in speaking, reading, and writing.
