Job Title: Senior Production Control Specialist - C Shift

Location: Cape Canaveral Space Force Station, Florida (On-Site)

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-driven production control professional to support backlog reduction, expedite work, and maintain data integrity across active work orders. This position plays a key role in helping the team clear aged work, keep material flowing, and support schedule execution during off-nominal shifts.

Responsibilities

• Drive down the work-order backlog by dispositioning idle and no-need-date orders, resolving stalled kitted parts, and closing out completed orders.
• Support targeted expedite efforts on hot jobs by identifying material needs, kit needs, and blockers across service centers and integrated areas.
• Provide off-nominal shift coverage as needed, handling routine escalations and helping keep work in progress moving.
• Maintain MRP and ERP data integrity while communicating daily status updates, shift hand-offs, and recurring blockers to leadership.
  
  

Required

• Experience with schedule management, expediting, or backlog/data clean-up in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems such as SAP, Costpoint, or similar tools at a transaction level.
• Ability to work independently on a defined backlog in a high-tempo, high-ambiguity environment with minimal ramp-up.
• Willingness and availability to support off-nominal shifts, including B/C/D coverage gaps, as required.
