Job Title: Senior Product Manager - ServiceNow Portfolio

Location: Overland Park, Kansas (On-Site)

Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Product Manager - ServiceNow Portfolio to provide portfolio-level leadership across intake, prioritization, roadmap governance, and release readiness. This position is designed for a strategic product professional who can bring structure to ambiguity, align stakeholders, and help drive measurable business value across a complex enterprise platform environment.

Responsibilities

• Own portfolio-level product management discipline, including intake, prioritization, roadmap governance, release management guardrails, and executive visibility.
• Define and maintain standards for roadmap health, backlog quality, user story readiness, value measurement, and decision-making across the portfolio.
• Partner with business, technical, and delivery stakeholders to clarify requirements, manage dependencies, and support aligned planning across workstreams.
• Support governance, reporting, and operating cadence by preparing executive-ready materials, tracking risks and decisions, and reinforcing product management ways of working.
  
  

Required

• 12 years of product management, product ownership, business analysis, or enterprise platform experience.
• Experience managing or supporting complex technology product portfolios.
• Strong understanding of product management practices, including roadmap development, backlog management, prioritization, user story writing, and stakeholder alignment.
• Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous business needs into structured, actionable requirements.
• Experience working in Agile, hybrid Agile, or scaled delivery environments.
• Strong facilitation skills with the ability to align business, technical, and delivery stakeholders.
• Ability to operate in a matrixed environment without direct authority.
• Strong written communication skills, including executive-ready summaries, decision documentation, and product materials.
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities across multiple workstreams.
• Experience serving as accountable product manager for portfolio process, prioritization, release governance, roadmap trade-offs, stakeholder alignment, and executive decision readiness.
