Job Title: Senior Business Analyst

Location: Framingham, Massachusetts (On-site)

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex cross-functional business processes and define integrated requirements to ensure effective solution delivery.
• Facilitate the design and adoption of integrated solutions, focusing on process, technical, and organizational alignment.
• Create, revise, and execute deliverables such as process maps, data flow diagrams, requirements specifications, and use case scenarios using industry standard techniques.
• Coordinate user activities during the project lifecycle, including the development, execution, and validation of user acceptance test plans and implementation support.
  
  

Required

• 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst with strong knowledge of UKG Workforce Management platforms (Kronos WFC & PRO).
• Proven experience in Agile delivery methodology with expertise using JIRA and Confluence for documenting stories, features, and requirements.
• Demonstrated risk and compliance management experience for PRO (UKG WFM), including a solid understanding of SOX compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent work experience.
