- Partner with recruiters and recruiting researchers to understand specific needs to attract and engage with top talent.
- Develop and build talent pipelines in collaboration with recruiters and recruiting researchers.
- Generate diverse pipelines and identify candidates who can enhance the company's ability to entertain the world.
- Find, engage, and activate passive candidates through Boolean, LinkedIn, and alternative search techniques.
- 10 years of Talent Acquisition experience.
- Proven success in developing strong talent pipelines across various corporate functions.
- Self-motivated and driven; proactive in seeking solutions and impact.
- Experience with Eightfold is a strong plus.
