Part-Time Recruiting Coordinator / Sourcer

We’re looking for a part-time Recruiting Coordinator / Sourcer to support day-to-day recruiting efforts. This role is a mix of coordination, sourcing, and light screening—ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple roles at once.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Work closely with recruiters to support open roles across technical and business functions
• Post jobs and manage incoming applications
• Identify and share qualified candidates with recruiters
• Search for candidates within the system and keep pipelines organized
• Tag and organize candidates for easy tracking and future use
• Maintain Excel trackers for roles, candidates, and client presentations
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, including across different time zones
• Check availability and manage calendars to keep the process moving efficiently

What You Should Be Comfortable With

• Staying organized across multiple roles and candidates
• Working in Excel to track and manage recruiting activity
• Understanding general role types such as:
• Software Engineers (front-end, back-end, basic tech stacks)
• Business Analysts
• Project Managers

Ideal Background

• Experience in recruiting coordination, sourcing, or recruiting support
• Exposure to technical roles is a plus

Hourly Rate: $40hr
